WhatsApp continued to give support to all those Symbian and BB OS devices till last year when they decided to completely cut off the support for these devices. All that changed as the time went by, not only for smartphone users but also for Nokia and Blackberry users.
Exactly 10 years ago when iOS and Android were still in the oven getting baked, Blackberry and Nokia’s were the only options we had, and when it came to messaging, no one even had any idea to do something with the internet as people were busy forwarding those SMS on birthdays, festivals and new year. WhatsApp changed the whole concept of sending a message.
Now it’s 2017, so you can easily figure out that more than 1 billion users are using WhatsApp. If you don’t believe it, you can read the post on WhatsApp official blog in which they said that they touched the milestone of 1 Billion users back in 2016.
As we know, WhatsApp is the only application that can be found on nearly every smartphone on this planet.
